4. Has local people interested in connecting with Led By Christ Church in person. 👈️ That’s one of the major goals, you see.

Opportunity

Led By Christ Church launched with our first Community Conversation, “Is God Good?” on 10/26/25. 110 ppl rsvp’d and about 80 ppl showed. The next Sunday was our first public church service and I told our church, “Guys, it will probably be just the 7 of us”. 

I was wrong…

There were 8 of us 🤯 🤣.

That +1 has meant to a lot to us for the following reasons:

1. “Joe” showed up because he saw “Is God Good?” signage in his town. Couldn’t make the event but thought, “This is cool! What church is doing this?”

2. “Joe” has shown up almost every Sunday since.

3. “Joe” is a maturing Christian, the kind you’d love to plant a church with. Our church unanimously affirmed his love for Jesus yesterday and he is set to become a member of LBCC Sunday, 3/29.

We were told that it is highly likely that no stranger - a person completely disconnected from our church - would attend an event like “Is God Good?”. They were right. 

No complete stranger attended that day. One did the Sunday after, though.

Big numbers? No. But I’m hopeful that quality will abound in time.

Our next in-person Community Conversation, “The Bible Is…”, is set for Sunday May 3, 2025 and we’d love to see you there. 

Before that though, starting March 31, “Is God Good?” is going virtual with meetings running for one week! Sign ups went live 3 days ago and 2 strangers have already signed up.

I beg you to bless yourself and our church by signing up and:

1. Inviting your small group that you’re running out of material for 😆

2. That friend whose work hours conflict with church service

3. The coworker in pain

4. The loved one who walked away from the faith

5. etc…

God is good. Let’s talk about it.

Vitality

2025 was a really hard year. Jesus kept me and, as if that wasn’t enough, he has kept my mom.

Saints, my mother is cancer free.

The doctor told us she had a 20% chance to live. To the Great Physician, it was 100%.

We don’t deserve such tender mercies. Love you mom!
