What Patience Produced is our end of year series to catch you up on how your support has kept us patient and how it has led to fruit.

Fruit: A compass to help guide us (and you!) to Jesus again & again.

Good, Fast & Cheap

You ever seen that good, fast and cheap chart? It’s basically a reminder of 2 things:

  1. Your desires have a cost.

  2. You can’t have everything you want.

The same is true for church planting.

If you want your church plant to launch fast and have high performance quality, it is going to cost you big dollars.

We don’t have big dollars 🤣 .

Thankfully, we’ve decided to go a different route from the jump. The Good-Slow route (not featured on the chart lol).

How were we able to go slow? A big part of it is both the multi-year commitment and the vision alignment of donors like many of you.

The multi-year commitment enables us to be proactive and save.

While the vision alignment helps us stick to the plan (1. deep first, then wide; 2. move slow - we’re experiencing the biggest religious shift in centuries).

Depth ⤵

We also created some assets in case you want to give your kids or youth ministry a craft for the holidays.

🤫 No shame if you just want to color it in for yourself as well. I did lol. It was fun!

That Good-Slow combo helped us do the needful in making a logo, but also enabled us to think about how we can make our logo a teaching tool.

Something that would:

  1. Prompt - Help people memorize & meditate on what Jesus did for us.

  2. Tell story - We, humans, are hardwired for narrative so if we can put #1 in story form, we should!

  3. Remind - If we get around to seeing Jesus rightly, we often forget that our response is to follow Him. Let’s remind ourselves!

I’ve seen saints bless themselves with it and seekers begin to inhabit the gospel with it.

33% & Thank You!

In less than a month we’ve raised 33% towards our goal of $30k 🥳 .

This wraps up Volume 1 of “What Patience Produced”.

I’m mulling over making these monthly for 2025. What say ye? lol!
